Lasik Eye Surgery includes: Free Consultation -Meet with the surgical coordinator to discuss surgery This appointment includes baseline testing to determine if you are a candidate. Pre Op Appointment - full dilated eye exam that repeats testing done at initial pre-op appointment as well as additional testing to finalize candidacy. You will also meet with the doctor at this appointment and book your surgery. Lasik Eye Surgery - surgery will be performed by Dr. Scott Spector, who is a highly recommended LASIK surgeon. He has been performing LASIK Eye Surgery since it's inception almost 20 years ago. Post Operative eye exams - these are included for 1 year after your surgery. Also, if it is determined that you need a LASIK touch up after surgery, that fee is included within the 1st year. Testimonial from Lasik patient -- Kate B.
